Use the brush on completely dry skin before showering.
Place your hand beneath the strap and begin with light pressure.
Brush the legs from the feet upwards using long, gentle strokes.
Brush the arms from the hands towards the shoulders.
Use light circular movements across the stomach and other delicate areas.
Shower afterwards and apply a moisturising body lotion or oil.

Begin once or twice per week and increase gradually only if your skin tolerates it well. The brushing should feel invigorating but never painful. Avoid repeatedly brushing the same area.

Tap out loose skin particles after each use
Clean approximately once a month using mild soap and lukewarm water
Rinse the bristles briefly without submerging the wooden base
Do not soak the brush
Dry with the bristles facing down in a well-ventilated area
